The original Fatigue Monitoring software has undergone a complete redesign and rewrite to meet the demands of modern fatigue testing needs. It now fully supports the new Dual Control Fatigue Tester, offering both displacement and force control capabilities. The software boasts significantly enhanced functionality, including improved response times, robust handling of heavy Ethernet traffic, and more.
Users will experience a revamped UI (User Interface) and enhanced UX (User Experience), making navigation and operation more intuitive. Additional functionalities have been introduced, such as multiple control types and the ability to manage multiple test steps seamlessly allowing DFM dynamic failure mode.

To ensure future support and scalability, the software has been upgraded to new code platforms. It features a flexible screen layout, customizable view filters, and enhanced tester sorting capabilities. Report generation capabilities have also been improved for better data analysis and presentation whilst maintaining compatibility with regulators’ requirements (FDA, EMA).
Built on an Angular-based client-server architecture, the software offers browser-based access for easy management across multiple clients. This architecture ensures efficient communication and data handling, enhancing overall usability and performance.
